Shipping Costs

The prints includes the cost of the shipping and delivery to the customer, this is a hassle-free shopping experience where the customer don't have to worry about additional costs or fees for shipping.

Shipping Destinations

Shipping destinations include all major destinations to Europe, South America, North America, the African continent, Asia and Oceania. For any questions please email thomas@alternativespots.com.

Delivery Times

Please allow five days after purchase for the print to be posted. Delivery times change according to the region of the customer — the delivery timeline will be shared after purchase.

Payment

Secure Payment

Secure online payment is crucial for protecting your financial information and ensuring your transactions are safe. Our payment platform is connected to the Stripe payment provider, so Alternative Spots does not retain any payment or financial information from customers. Stripe is a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1 — the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry — using best-in-class security tools and practices to keep transactions secure.

Returns (prints)

If you are not completely satisfied with the prints from our store, we offer a hassle-free returns policy. You may return prints within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange promptly — refunds go to the original payment method, and exchanges ship to you free of charge.

Packaging

The prints are delivered in secure packaging — a safe, flat cardboard envelope with internal protection. Every print is handled with care and packaged according to its paper type and size.
